Safer Streets
Rotaract District 3011 needed every dark or deserted street in Delhi NCR reported, taken to the agency responsible and followed until it is fixed. We designed and built the whole product: an Android app, an iPhone web app, a public map and the admin behind them.

01Report
A photo, a pin, a few taps.
Reporting starts from the camera. Move the map until the pin sits on the spot, say what is wrong, when and how often, and send.
02Followed
Followed until it is fixed.
Every spot keeps its history: reported, checked by volunteers, sent to the authority, the agency's reply, being fixed, fixed. When an agency says it is done, volunteers go back after dark before the spot is marked fixed, and the first photo sits beside the new one.
03Walks
Clubs check spots in person.
Rotaract clubs walk reported spots together after dark. The walk screen keeps the group together, with an SOS that alerts the group and calls 112.
04Help now
When it feels wrong right now.
I feel unsafe keeps the next step one tap away: call someone you trust, share where you are, find the nearest police, hospital or metro with directions, or call 112. Walk with me sets a timer, and if you do not check in, it helps you message the people you trust.
05Open map
Open to everyone.
The public map shows every live spot and where it stands, filtered by issue and progress, with each spot's history a click away. The spot data is published as open data.
