A Round Robin project
RACDDL
A busy service club ran membership, events and reporting across spreadsheets and chat. We replaced them with one system: a public site that gets found, a member portal and an admin for the board.

01Projects
Every project, its own page.
Each flagship project has a page with its story and its impact, so the club's work can be found on its own.

02Joining
Applications that keep their place.
The process is explained before anyone applies, and the six-step form saves a draft as you go, so nobody loses their answers.

03Dispatches
A newsroom that gets indexed.
Posts live in a newsroom the club calls Dispatches. A sitemap and Search Console fix got the blog indexed.

04Portal
Members serve themselves.
Members sign in with a password, an emailed link or Google, keep their profile current, download certificates and track service hours without asking the board.

05Admin
The board runs the club in one place.
Committee members work in one admin, with access set by the position each person holds.

- Certificates in bulka ZIP for the whole year
- Event RSVP and check-incapacity, waitlists, walk-ins and QR codes
