The problem

The foundation needed to take donations and membership fees online, run a catalogue of programmes people could fund, and change every word on the site without calling a developer.

What we did

Payload CMS on Next.js with Postgres. Razorpay Standard Checkout for donations and membership fees, verified server-side with HMAC and reconciled by webhook. A Programs collection drives the initiatives catalogue. Every page, form label and policy page is editable in the admin, with an editor guide to match.

What changed

  • Online donations and Executive and Volunteer memberships live.
  • Programme catalogue with per-initiative giving.
  • Privacy, terms and refund policies managed in the CMS, not in code.
