Raahat

Sponsored and affordable online therapy, with the operations system that runs it.

The problem
worth solving.

Raahat, a Project Saanjh initiative by the Rotaract Club of Delhi Dynamic Leaders, connects people across India with therapists, starting with sponsored sessions and moving to affordable ongoing care. Requests, therapists, partner organisations and sessions all needed careful handling in one place.

How we
built it.

One Next.js app on Postgres with Drizzle serves the public site and three role-based portals. People request support through a public intake and therapists apply through their own. Coordinators assign requests, move therapists through a pipeline with readiness checks, manage partner organisations and their agreements, and log sessions. Partner organisations and therapists each get a portal for their clients and sessions. Tokenised links handle consent and sliding-scale steps, and scheduled jobs send reminders. In September 2026 we redesigned the public site around how it works, the cost of care, FAQs and a path for therapists.
