This internship does not lead to a guaranteed job afterwards, and we will not pretend otherwise.

What you will do

  • Plan a weekly calendar for Round Robin’s LinkedIn page and Instagram.
  • Turn our blog posts, case studies and product updates into posts, carousels and short videos.
  • Write captions and first drafts of replies. Everything is reviewed before it goes out.
  • Track what worked each week and suggest what to do more of.
  • Learn our brand rules and apply them in every post.

What we look for

  • You use LinkedIn and Instagram well and notice why some posts work.
  • Clear, plain English. You can explain a technical idea simply.
  • Some comfort with a design tool such as Figma or Canva, and with basic video editing.
  • You keep to the deadlines you agree to.

What you get

  • Feedback from our founder at least once a week, on your actual work.
  • Real work that goes out under Round Robin’s name, credited to you, for your portfolio.
  • A certificate of completion at the end of the internship.
  • A letter of recommendation if you complete the internship and your work is good.

Good to have

  • Short-form video
  • Writing for a business audience
  • An interest in software or startups

How we work

Clear scope, visible progress.

  1. Written scope first

Every piece of work starts with a short written scope: what ships and when.

  2. Weekly demos

We show progress on a live link every week, to each other and to clients.

  3. A direct line

You talk to clients and to our founder directly. There is no account layer in between.

  4. Remote and written

We work remotely and write things down: decisions, handovers and runbooks. Expect a few hours a week of overlap with India time (UTC+5:30) for demos and reviews.

How to apply

Email [email protected] with “Social Media Intern” in the subject line, and send:

  • Links to accounts or posts you made (personal ones count).
  • Three post ideas for Round Robin, with a line on why each would work.
  • Your time zone, how many hours a week you can give, and when you could start.

What happens next

  • We read and reply. We read every application and reply to each one, including when the answer is no.
  • A conversation. If there is a fit, a call of about 30 minutes about work you have done.
  • A clear answer. We decide and tell you either way. We never charge applicants anything.
