- Apply the Round Robin brand book across the website, decks, documents and social posts, and spot where they drift.
- Help build brand kits for our products: logos in use, colours, type and templates.
- Design one-pagers, case-study visuals, launch images and directory profiles.
- Write and tidy brand copy: product descriptions, taglines and about text.
- Keep the asset library organised so anyone can find the right file.

- A portfolio, even from coursework or personal projects.
- An eye for type, spacing and consistency.
- Figma or a similar design tool.
- Clear written English.
What you get
- Feedback from our founder at least once a week, on your actual work.
- Real work that goes out under Round Robin’s name, credited to you, for your portfolio.
- A certificate of completion at the end of the internship.
- A letter of recommendation if you complete the internship and your work is good.
Good to have
- Motion or video basics
- Writing for a brand
- An interest in software products
How we work
Clear scope, visible progress.
Written scope first
Every piece of work starts with a short written scope: what ships and when.
Weekly demos
We show progress on a live link every week, to each other and to clients.
A direct line
You talk to clients and to our founder directly. There is no account layer in between.
Remote and written
We work remotely and write things down: decisions, handovers and runbooks. Expect a few hours a week of overlap with India time (UTC+5:30) for demos and reviews.
How to apply
Email [email protected] with “Brand Development Intern” in the subject line, and send:
- A portfolio link with three to five pieces and your part in each.
- One thing on roundrobin.in or our social pages you would change for consistency, and why.
- Your time zone, how many hours a week you can give, and when you could start.
What happens next
- We read and reply. We read every application and reply to each one, including when the answer is no.
- A conversation. If there is a fit, a call of about 30 minutes about work you have done.
- A clear answer. We decide and tell you either way. We never charge applicants anything.
